Remnant sales are probably one of my favorite kinds of sales in the wonderful world of textiles. I usually will make a one of a kind piece at a time that will only call for 1 to 2 1/2 yds. It is such a thrill to find a fabric that you fall in love with at 50% off its original cost!

So don't be discouraged by the yardage because there is and endless amount of opportunities with remnant pieces! Creating a unique key piece in a "stand out" or more subtle fabric will allow so much room for your wardrobe variation.

Don't forget, the Sparkle Sale is still going. I love combining the sparkle trim with remnants pieces...The end result is usually a unique and luxurious garment. Accessories are also ideal with remnant pieces especially with the cold weather that came upon us over night.
